Draft Information
Our daft is scheduled for TONIGHT! Sunday September 6th at 9:00 EDT.
We're using clickydraft.com this year to host our draft. I'll import the draft results to NFL.com after the draft.
Rules and Settings
We're rolling with what we had in place last year. Key things to keep in mind:
- This is a half point PPR league. Receptions count as .5 point.
- We have 1 defensive player position and a team defense. Don't ignore this position. It's often the difference in wins and losses.
- Trades are allowed anytime prior to the playoffs.
- The top 8 teams with the best record will make the playoffs.
- Playoffs are held weeks 14, 15, and 16.
- All trades are subject to commissioner approval.
- We're going to have a winner takes all prize again this season. $15 to contribute and you can use Venmo to get that to me. We've always done a jersey as the prize in the past but I'm open to changing that to something like a gift card as well.
- As in past years, the consolation winner will get to choose his draft position. He can choose any draft slot. Each consolation team will also get to choose their draft position, from the remaining slots, in order of finish. Teams that finish in the winners bracket will be assigned the remaining draft positions in reverse order of finish.
Keeper
Don't let the Broncos mistake of losing a talent like Connor McGovern convince you to follow suit! We have a modified keeper setting where you can keep 1 player who you drafted last year. Here's the breakdown
-You may keep one player drafted in round 5-18 in last years draft.
-If you keep a player, you will forfeit the draft pick that is 4 rounds higher than that player was originally drafted last year.
-You may not keep a player that was drafted in the first 4 rounds of last year's draft.
-You do not have to keep a player.
-You may not keep a player that was not drafted in this past year's draft.
-You may only keep a player that you drafted and was on your roster at the end of last year.
